We currently offer parent education and therapy for parents, to help support you on this lifelong journey and connect you with the resources you need for your family to thrive.

How Our Parenting Therapy Can Help
Together we can work together using effective and efficient education and strategies to reach your goals and help you experience progress. You can skip the waitlist and finally get the help you need to enact the change you hoped for long ago.
Our 4-week Parenting Therapy and Learning Bundle Includes:
Weekly group classes that you can watch on your own time, but become available weekly on Wednesdays at 3pm
Two weekly 30 minute mindfulness resource sessions, that become available Mondays and Fridays at 11am
Electronic workbook to set goals and track your progress
Four optional on demand trainings on relevant skills and strategies
Two to Three sessions of Individual parenting therapy
Trauma-informed, research based approach

EFP
Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy utilizes horses for cognitive behavioral therapy, goal setting and experiential learning to enact change.

EMDR
Our practice uses the Somatic and Attachment Focused Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, or S.A.F.E. EMDR.

Meeting individually with a licensed therapist or certified coach for that many hours would cost over $1,800. Get the cost benefits of being a part of a class, plus the synergy of having a community on your side for ideas, accountability and troubleshooting.
Our program costs:
$975 total, or two payments due in 15 days and 30 days for $495 each.
We offer the following discounts:
- Discount of $100 for paying in full three weeks before beginning.
- Additional discounts such as sliding scale available by request.

Jillian Rainwater, MA, LPC serves as our primary therapist in this 4-week Program. Jill is a Licensed Professional Counselor, certified with the National Board of Certified Counselors and as an Active Parenting Educator. She also holds extensive training in skills and strategies like bilateral stimulation, trauma-informed goal setting, mindfulness, guided imagery, collaborative problem solving and experiential learning.
