How Our Intuitive Eating Coaching Can Help
Together we can work together using effective and efficient education and strategies to reach your goals and help you experience progress. You can skip the waitlist and finally get the help you need to enact the change you dreamed of long ago.
Our 8-week Intuitive Eating Coaching Program Includes:
Weekly group coaching session Wednesdays at 2pm
Two weekly 30 minute mindfulness resource sessions, Mondays at 10am and Fridays at 11am
Ability to watch recorded sessions if you miss one so you can do the above on your schedule
Two optional weekly co-working sessions, 3pm Tuesdays and 2pm Thursdays
Electronic workbook to set goals and track your progress
Four optional on demand trainings on relevant skills and strategies
Individual coaching once in March and once in April
Trauma-informed, research based approach
Available to Michigan residents only, held on Google Meets
Not interested in coaching? Our practice also offers therapy, including these approaches:

Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy utilizes horses for cognitive behavioral therapy, goal setting and experiential learning to enact change.

Our practice uses the Somatic and Attachment Focused Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, or S.A.F.E. EMDR.

Meeting individually with a licensed therapist or certified coach for that many hours would cost over $10,000. Get the cost benefits of being a part of group coaching, plus the synergy of having a community on your side for ideas, accountability and troubleshooting.
Our program costs:
$995 per month, with payments due on February 22 and March 22. We offer the following discounts:
- Discount of $100 for instead paying in full by March 1.
- Additional discounts such as sliding scale available by request.

Jillian Rainwater, MA, LPC serves as our primary coach in the 8-week ADHD Coaching Program. Jill is a Licensed Professional Counselor, certified with the National Board of Certified Counselors and has been trained as a coach in the Better Conversations model. Jill also holds extensive training in skills and strategies like bilateral stimulation, trauma-informed goal setting, mindfulness, guided imagery, collaborative problem solving and experiential learning.
